Grandma's Sweet Rolls

Dough:
3/4 Cup  of Milk
1/2 Cup of Sugar
1/2 Cup of Butter
2 Tsp. of Salt
1/2 Cup of Warm Water
2 Pkgs of Yeast
2 Eggs beaten
4 1/2 Cups of Flour

Melt the butter.  Heat the Milk until it starts to bubble, add the sugar, salt and butter, stir until sugar is dissolved.  Allow to cool until it is luke warm.  Pour warm water in a large bowl and add yeast, stir in milk mixture and eggs, add enough flour to make a firm dough.  Cover and set in refrigerator for at least 2 hours

Filling: mix in a bowl
5 Tbsp. of Sugar
1 Tbsp. of Cinnamon

Melt some butter

Take 1/4 of the dough and roll into a thin oblong piece.  Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with the sugar/cinnamon mixture.  Roll up and cut 1" rolls.  Repeat until out of dough.

Topping: 
1 Stick of butter
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
1/4 cup of water
Mix all in a pan and bring to a boil
to make Pecan Sweet Rolls add 1 Cup of Crushed Pecans to mixture

Place in a cake pan and then place your 1" rolls in the cake pan. 
Cover with light cloth or wax paper and allow to rise over night

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and cook for 20-30 mins. 
Remove from oven and turn upside down on cookie sheet or foil and serve warm.
Makes approximately 40 rolls
