Grandma's Poor Man's Swedish Pancakes

3 eggs
1 cup of flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups of milk
6 tbsp of butter melted

Beat eggs and 1/2 cup of milk with a whisk.  Add the flour and beat until smooth. Beat in the rest of the milk and then the butter and salt.  Heat a skillet on medium heat until a drop of water sizzles.  Put a Tbsp of batter into a circle.  When the edges turn brown flip the pancake over and cook another minute or two.  These pancakes can be made ahead of time and kept in a warm oven.

To make Rich Man's Swedish Pancakes substitute milk with  2 cups of half and half.
